They are a pain to deal with

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
They put a towing notice on my car b/c it was parked in the same spot for a month. The sticker won't come off.
We've asked them to fix a crack in the ceiling for over 9 months now.
The tiles on the floors are coming up and the ofc isn't very helpful with anything .
