I have lived here for over 3 years now, with no complaints. Staff is reasonably responsive to issues. Grounds are well maintained. The community seems to reinvest every year with updates and remodels, nice change from many of the communities in the surrounding Ann Arbor vicinity where you feel like u stepped back into the 1970's. Pool area is cleanly, and rent is relatively cheap. If you dont prefer high utility bills, dont keep the A/C at 65 degrees and the heat at 80 degrees. Blame DTE, not your apartment community for inflated utility rates.
