Bad air quality/Bad maintenance

I lived at Roundtree for 11 months (11 mth lease) and moved out as fast as I could! When I first moved in the carpet looked decent, but that was because they cleaned it and the cleaner lines made the carpet look good -- that is until you start walking on it. I asked for new carpet and the property manager said she knew about the carpet stain but thought the "quailty" of the carpet was in good condition -- what the heck! Next my dish washer had water in the bottom from the day I moved in and something was causing my silverwear to rust. I requested a new one and they would not replace it, that is UNTIL the neighbor below me complained about a leak -- and that was 2 mths before I moved out!! The maintenance takes forever to get to your apartment and have forgot to lock my door back TWICE!!! -- with the maintenance key still in the door! Idiots! And the most important of all is that the air quality was bad from the day I moved in. Come to find out, the building I lived in had structural problems (wet wood which made the framing bow out). They so-called fixed the framing but did not do anything about the mold/mildew smell in my apartment -- they replied with a smell good bomb : The mold was still in the building stucture so everytime I turned the air conditioner on, it for one, blew out "cool" air, and for two, it blew out that funky mildew smell. I had continuous nasal and allergy problems, numerous nose bleeds, dry throat and my humidifier did no justice. These problems were only the major ones. There are too many small problems to list. All I can say is don't let the the pretty landscape fool you!
