Rent is very good for location, grounds quality, and size of apartments. Aging buildings and inferior staff quickly lower that appraisal to "reasonable." Insulation leaks a lot of heat in the winter and the AC units are not capable of cooling an apartment- they run nonstop but never produce air that is much cooler than the outside temperature. Get a box fan, it's cheaper.
Maintenance is slow to respond and only semi-comptent. In 3 years I had a broken furnace three times and broken shower three times. Had an infestation that took four tries to eliminate. Screens don't fit the windows. Burned out lights in common areas have gone unfixed for 9 months. Thin walls, floors, and ceilings- so if your neighbors are playing music, you'll hear it too.
Good parking, minimal crime, office organzies events for residents. Don't beleive the hype about the 'internet cafe' though. They should have taken the renovation budget for the office and replaced the a/c or windows.
Worth a look, but don't expect service to live up to the nice apartment design. They're just not that good.
