Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
I have lived at Roundtree for 9 months and have yet to have any problems that would make me not want to move here. My thrmostat broke once in the middle of the night and the emergency maintenance guy came and temporarily fixed it within minutes and then followed up the next day to replace the thermostat. The staff new me by name, and were prompt to fix anything I had a problem with.
