Don't do it

I lived at Roundtree for five years and I was very disappointed with the management. I paid $20 a month in pet fees over five years and got absolutely nothing in return for my $1200! If I had a maintenance issue, management would tell me that I need to lock my dog up in another room in order for the maintenance guys to come in. They would regularly schedule inspections for the very next day without any kind of notice - I'd come home after 5 and find a note on my door that said an inspection was scheduled for the next day. They sprayed pesticide on the lawns several times each summer and recommended that "pets and children should stay off the grass for 48 hours." For this I pay $20 a month in pet fees' The other residents for the most part were not courteous, many of them let their dogs roam off leash, they are loud, and drive way too fast through the complex. Tennant safety is apparently not an issue for McKinley. The lease clearly says that residents will be charged $50 or $100 if they drive on the grass but this was not enforced ever. Most people pulled their moving truck right up to the front door, blocking access to the door. My sliding glass door had gaps between the two panes big enough to put my finger in, so the wind blew right into my apartment in the winter. The apartment was very drafty. I would NEVER live in another McKinley property. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
