I guess it's been a while since someone thas taken time to write a review about Roundtree. I live here and have been for a few years now and I love it. I love my apartment with the enclosed balcony and I use the fitness center all the time. Yes there has been some change in staff but things have been getting better around here. I called in a service request yesterday afternoon and they came to take care of it this morning! Yes the roads around here could use a little tlc but I love the office staff. They are always so welcoming and you see upper management around here a lot too. That makes me feel like they are going to take care of things and the property. I have no complaints. Referred two of my friends here who have lived here for almost a year now. We like it! Great price, wonderful floor plan! Highly recommended!!!
