I have lived here for a year and this was my first experience in MI. I think that the staff was the best and very kind and always quick to offer assistance. The only drawback I found was that living on the bottom floor, I was able to hear the neighbors above me an some very interesting moments. Other than that, a wonderful time and great place to live.
