I lived at Schooner Cove for only 8 months, but I would have stayed if I had not gotten a fantastic deal at another place. There are people living there who work off shift so you have to expect noise late at night and early in the morning. I did not have any problems with the managment and they returned my full security deposit within 45 days of moving out. I did have a 3rd floor apartment which was good for security reasons. The one most accurate description that I read in the other reviews is about the noise that the plumbing pipes make and WOW was that true. Whenever anyone in the building would flush a toilet or take a shower the pipes were wicked loud. I would live here again though.
