I've lived here for about a month now, and have had no problems with excessive noise, parking difficulties, rude neighbors, etc. Have had trouble getting the maintenence guys to fix the stuff I put down on my move-in checklist, but I put in a request to have something different fixed and the hopped right on it, so I think they just don't check the initial list. Nice location, there's necessary stores (groceries, gas, fast food) close. I'll write back in a few more months and see if this isn't just a fluke. My neighbors said they've lived here a few years and really like it.
