Schooner Cove

I have lived at Schooner Cove several years now and want to say that my apartment (itself) is great. I love my neighbors. This place has, in my humble opinion, gone down hill terribly and fast. Most recently alot of construction work is going on around the complex without respect to the residents. The office staff is definitely gone downhill. They change hands on a monthly basis. They seem not to care about the residents. The guy that works in the office will put you off with alot of excuses and not return phone calls at all. We all complain about him. The office staff is very, very unresponsive to the residents and the management hides from the residents. McKinley needs to get a hint. The reputation of this complex which was once great has and is going downhill fast. My neighbors and myself all are ready to move out of here at the end of our lease. Also, crime is seriously on the rise in our complex. Alot of problems come from the complex in front of ours which are poorly managed. I would say that if you are considering living here only because the price is decent, keep looking. That is coming from someone who has recommended this complex to alot of people in the past. You will be sorry if you move in. Eventually you will have problems and the management will laugh at you, talk about you behind your back, and give you alot of excuses as to why they do not want to help. They sure want your money but refuse to give you the respect that they should be giving.
