I have lived at Schooner Cove for two years and have been happy overall. The maintenance man for our building is EXCELLENT. He is very quick to come out (usually same day as I call) and is very competent and always fixes our problem. Most of the office staff are very friendly and helpful; they have been great with package receiving. Parking here is excellent, at least in front of my building. I always get a spot in the lot in front of my building regardless of time or day. There could be more lighting, though. The surroundings are really pretty with Ford Lake and some walking trails. The only complaints I have are that we hear our neighbors above us a lot, so I recommend a top floor apartment to avoid this. Also, it is time for the carpet to be removed because there are stains on it; however, I think they have been putting new carpet in some apartments so maybe this will be fixed. Overall, great experience, very few problems, and I definitely would recommend Schooner Cove.
