Just don't live on the bottom floor

My overall experience at Schooner Cove has been decent. Most the time if something breaks down they come fix it right away. The bottom floor isn't the greatest. I had my bike stolen which was double locked. Some of the grounds people like to get snoopy and try to look in my sliding glass door. There is no reason for that.My apartment always feels damp so lots of bugs like to migrate here.
My lease is up this fall and I am planning to move cause I just don't care for the area. The parking isn't the greatest and not enough lighting. Its been an alright experience.
