In the last 6 months there has been a murder, a rape/carjacking and many car thefts. The apartments are nice and the staff is too but, there is a bad element around this complex and all other complexes around Ford Lake. Ypsilanti is falling apart. Best to live somewhere else. I am afraid for my girlfiend who lives here. She said that she has been approched by strange men three times in the last month who "need help with something", if that is not a predidtory action I don't know what is.

I hope your friend is planning to relocate. It is not a good situation. Especially for a single female. The complex acts like they care but when it happens they want it to not get out.
