Keep in mind this is all in less than 6 months.
Pro:
management is nice
beautiful scenery
affordable
nice apt's
Con:
1 rape (do a google search 4 more info)
1 murder (nothing like walking out your front door & seeing a body in a puddle of blood in your parking lot)(do a google search 4 more info)
1 hit n' run (do a google search 4 more info)
2 times my car has been broke into (I don't even have a nice car)
2 someone has stoll gas from my car (after gas prices went down!)
maintenance is sloppy and slow at best
a scary place to raise children
LOCK YOUR DOORS!!
