I live at Schooner Cove and I am in my second lease. There has been some things that have happend here but they could happen anywhere. I called the Sherrifs department and they even said that this was not something that normally happens around here. But yes it did and I live in the area it happend. I still feel safe because I know they didn't live here. Also, some people said things about the lighting they just put in 4 new lights in the back. I have also seen a security company drive around in the evening times. So it looks like they are taking steps. Don't be discouraged from here it is a really nice place and a good price. I like it because it is on the lake and I can just relax when I get home, take a walk, Yes I still walk around. Give it a chance I like it and I would let any of my friends or family live here.
