I have never had issues with the managment, but as listed the crime is getting out of control. I experienced the entire shoot out while on the floor in my living room. Not safe at all for single females, parking lots are not well lit. Lots of screaming and yelling from other units. You can hear everything. When you visit, it will look very serene and too good to be true. Thats because it is!!!! Heat is also expensive if you don't live on the third floor. Too many dogs. I step in poo everyday. Mail service is also the pits. Don't let the rent and area fool you. Its a different story when the sun goes down. I can't wait to move.
