Too much crime!

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
Before you think about renting at this apartment complex, you must know that there is low income housing next door. The crime that has happened in the past has been of the violent nature (rape/murder). Unless you are a black belt in Karate, I would consider moving elsewhere.
