I enjoyed living in Schooner Cove

I lived close to the Club House so there I did not see a lot of the crazy stories that I heard happening throughout the complex. The grounds keepers really work hard to keep the complex neat and tidy. There are however a lot of weirdos that live around the complex and in the area. For the most part thought the people I met, while living there for a year were very nice. We moved out because they wanted to increase our rent to about $100 a month after one year of living there. Other than that, fairly quiet area...but watch out for those spiders!...esp if you live on the bottom floor.
