So I am going to comment on the condition of the apartment. Broken doors, old and stained bathtub, very, very poor insulation and we have ants in our bathroom. Bathroom!? What the heck is that? The people who live here don't care about the place, it is evident in the way they leave their laundry to sour in the laundry room for six days, they don't clean up after their dogs either. Interestingly enough, we have not had any problems with crime or dangerous activity. But, to sum it up, we are going to leave at the end of our lease. It just isn't a good place for a family. You must have gotten a bad building?! The building that I'm in is very well kept-up, everyone is very respectful.
