I rented here for 1 yr on the first floor. It was cold. The lake is nice during the summer, but during the winter (the majority of the time in MI) the wind is bad. Cold air came in through the windows, making heat VERY expensive.

During the summer, there were spiders galore - due to it being on the first floor and near the lake.

The office staff was ok, not the friendliest, but not rude either.

Overall, ok place, but there are better around in Ypsilanti. The place was clean, the layout the biggest for your buck in Ypsi, the neighborhood safe, and the workout room pragmatic...hehe.

If you're going to move here, definitely take the 2nd or 3rd floors, or get some Winterizing tape and spider spray.

I've been here since July and am now feeling what you said about it being cold. Our Dte bills have been very reasonable up until now. I have left the heat at 70 and it's expensive as all hell, and it is really drafty. I guess it balances out being cheap in the spring and summer but I'm not looking forward to Jan, and Feb when it's only going to get worse.

Heating outrageous!!! Very drafty windows and doorwalls I put plastic on them and still froze..The SPIDERS are NIGHTMARISH..they know about them obviously and do not exterminate properly to get rid of them.Will be looking to move once lease is up..cannot stand the infestation of arachnids!
