I have been at Schooner for some time now and I have to say that it has been fun. The area is nice. Not to close to campus life. The office staff is always friendly the few times I have been in the office. They try to have some type of activity ever so often. The maintenance department has done right by me so I have no complaints. Its nice and reasonably priced. I would recommend it...
