I've lived here for a little under 2 years now. My lease ends in August and I'll definitely be ready to move on to somewhere else. Let me first say that I love the layout of the apartment. We have a one bedroom and have so much space. I also love the enclosed patio. There is also storage on the 3rd floor which is nice. I know that only some of the buildings have a storage room. The office staff has changed over a few times since I first visited and signed my lease, but Marena has been here the entire time and she's been quite helpful. (And no, I do not work in the office!) She knows me by name and was even able to ramble off my building number when I came to pick up a package one time. That is impressive in such a large apartment community. The reviews on here seem to be ragging on her but she's always been great with us.

Now, onto the cons. It's true that you can't pick your neighbors. A few of my neighbors are friendly and I typically see the same ones since we have our similar daily routines, but I am starting to get fed up with my building. Someone smokes pot at least once a day, if not multiple times a day. It used to be once in a great while, which fine, I can deal with, but it's every day now. And, while it's usually just overpowering in the hallway, I can smell it in my own apartment now and it's making me sick. I recall signing a "drug free housing" form when we signed our lease. What good does that do if everyone signs this and people that live here still smoke pot every day' Why sign something that is not enforced' My other complaint is people yelling outside my windows in the middle of the night. Not frequent, but too much lately it seems. Maybe I'm just ready to get out of apartment life, but I will not be sticking around after my lease is up, I've had enough of this place.

I agree that the pot smoking is out of control. I have witnessed people hanging out in the parking lot or under the carports smoking pot. I have made numerous complaints about this as well and I too am ready to leave.
