Have lived here for 2 years
I have found the Spinnaker Way side to be a lot less hassle. There seems to be more business and work related tenants on that side of the property. I have to admit the guy who drives the semi can be a little of a bother with noise at various hours.
Overall I have found the facilities to be okay. It is an older property and priced whereby it gets all kinds of personalities. You have a Dentist and a THUG living right next to one another. I wish they could/would (I understand the legals) do a better job of pairing buildings.

This place really has gone downhill. It almost seems like it happened overnight. It probably has something to do with the cheap rent.....and the fact that they are advertising/begging people with credit problems to come here. There is no doubt that it is has become just like Lake in the Woods used to be. I agree with the above post that says that the manager never walks the grounds. It is sad to see how trashy the grounds and peoples patios look. People store junk which makes the buildings look trashy. The manager doesnt care or have a clue. Old broken down cars are never moved. Gangs of young people roam the complex and smoke pot down by the tennis courts and boat dock. Sad! This could be a very nice place. It is funny that they only keep the area around the clubhouse looking nicely. The office staff used to be friendly but they have a new girl in there who is very rude (Cathy) and can be heard bad mouthing residents when I am in the workout room.
