1st I moved in the apartment in May of this year, it wasn't ready for occupants...it needed a lot of work done. A month later still waiting for all my repairs to be completed. My fridge broke, after hours, I was told my problem wasn't considered a after hours emergency. After they decicided to come, they brought me a nasty, little,
mismatch fridge. And told me the next day that I had to keep it. I only had to call, God himself to get a new one (finally) Some luxury apartment. Anything you need to complain about ie...kids in the hallway, loud music, lost food, in writing, which I believe they just toss in the circular file anyway. The gounds aren't kept well, and what the hell does the security do' I hate that I have 10 months to go on my lease, they tricked me...lol

Ok, Sunday night I saw the security officer sitting in his truck and I asked him if he would check the back of my apt as there many kids acting crazy. he said he would have to walk there cause he ran out of gas. he said he was paid nine dollars an hour and he paid for his gas. I told him this is not his fault because the gas is so high. I also spoke with a Lance who is the security supervisor and he just rolled his eyes and said there is nothing he can doas they just let any cars in. We have never has so many problems with theft and breaking into apratments. Ladders and picnic tables are being placed outside apts to gain entry. I spoke with a county police officer when he arrived and he said, a lot of good security is if they do not have the tool to work with. This place is going to the dogs. We pay enough rent that we should have a scurity company that can do the job. Also, we are sold again. The office said they will be starting soon. Another management company. I say this is Paula fault and her best friend Maintenance Mike. I have lived her for five years and seen so many changes. They can get it right. We should all stop our rent payments until we receive the services we pay for. Desperate for change!!!! Matthew pay for. Pool, Clubhouse, Security ( one with fuel)

What can we do as a community and as residents???? The new management just came and checked out our apartment finally. There has to be an answer. Maybe a block club of sorts???
