We came and looked at the apartments in the morning hours when all the UNEMPLOYED WELFARE types that live here were still asleep. It looked nice then! Our neighbors sell dope, their are lots of kids running around during school hours, security while improved is a joke, and I do not think they have a maintenance department. We have complained about building issues 7 times now (same things) and every time something is promised but it is never done. Drug dealers are constantly propping open the doors that are suppose to be locked to our building. We can not even walk around during day time hours and feel safe, forget about taking a walk at night. Forget about using the pool as it is over ran with kids and their parents are no where to be found. DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LIVE IN THE HOOD! You couldn't pay us to renew our lease. They arn't kidding when they say "its gated to keep the trouble in. Maybe the lady that walks around my building every day that is on crank will keep this place from shutting down'

Yes, I agree. I lived here a couple years ago and this place is a dump for sure. Maybe it was "the place to be in the 70s" as we were told, but now it's the place you get stuck at until your lease is up. They will definitely try to fool you with the nice "new" office/management/amenities when you come to visit, but don't buy it. Just looking at the "business suits" (skin tight/revealing/cheap) is enough to scare you away.

I just moved in and donot understand what you are talking about. Beautiful apartments, great landscaping, pools and club house. Security patrols all day and night. You cannot get in without checking in at the gatehouse. I use to live here six years ago and I came back to what it use to be. Your remarks are old and you need to look around to see the new changes or come back as I did.

First of all I feel very safe and comfortable here, the things you are talkin about is like forever ago, why can't you look and see how this place has turned around. or is it the fact that you kicked got out because you didnt pay your rent and your trying to make a beautiful community look bad because your upset. so whatever the case is this place is great!!!!

I'm not racist at all, but to be honest with you the only people that feel safe here are black. Its not racist if it is the truth.
