I am a 10 year resident at Lakeshore. I have been there with 3 management companies and stayed. I pay my rent on time. There has never been a complaint against me or my visitors. I attend the neighborhood watch meeting and may I say I really enjoy them. I am happy with my home and I have no intentions of leaving. I would like to share with you a personal issue that I have with --------, the property manager. Last week I went into the office to speak to someone about a concern of paper and books that were left in my hallway for quite sometime. In fact I had gathered them up to take to the office to see if they wanted them or should I throw them away. I had a paper bag full of papers and books. When I entered the office, I gave my concern to a lady that was walking by and she said just a minute I will let you talk to the Manager. I walked to the office door and heard -------- say, tell the stupid *itch to throw them away and laughed. I left the office immediately. I was hurt and now angry that I would be treated in such a manner. I was being a good resident, or at least I thought so and that was the thanks I get. A home is not all about wood and household items, it is also about this office. I have seen a change in this community, a good one. Crime is down, the place looks good and maintenance is great. Hats off to the
security company as they do a good job. --- talks about being a good neighbor and particpating in our community. I do in fact many people do and we care about where we live. My issue will be brought up at the next meeting to see if others feel the way I do. -------- is new to this community and needs to learn a lot, starting with her attitude. I do not deserve to be called names and laughed at when I am doing the right thing. The rest of the office staff is nice. ------- is the best, always kind and caring. The owners of this community needs to remove such a woman from the psoition of manger. All that is good will not be important if she is allowed to continue. Not an angry resident, just one that cares.

I am a former employee of The Lakeshore and was actually dismissed around the time this new manager came on board. I absolutely agree with you, it is very sad that someone belittles people, and yet she has such an opportunity there, I miss the Lakeshore on a daily basis, and wish that things could've been different, hopefully she will have a wakeup call and learn to treat others as she demands to be treated, her assistant is a back stabber, and really needs to look into that herself!
