What is your problem' Everytime anyone says anything positive you jump on it and drag it down. There are goods and bads to all places and you simply wish to thrive on the negative. I have been at LakeShore for several years and have seen the ups and downs. If you have such concerns about the property, there are neighborhood watch meetings every month. Residents are able to discuss any issues. Instead of just complaining or calling everyone fakes, you should join in being part of the solution. Help make this property better, because there are those of us who are trying.
Anyone who attends the Neighborhood Watch meeting would know that the crime rate is down.

The problem for me a former tenant and employee who is glad to have left (on my own accord.....thank God!) is this place is an eye sore and has been for many years I have worked at The Lakeshore & previously Lake in the woods and the amount of craziness that goes on like the assaults, thefts & recent murder is always being pushed under the rug by staff.
To look like nothing ever goes on, now working in property management my self I realize staff want leases & know that the public looks at sites like these to make their decisions sometimes....but upstanding people who live in the community and the surrounding commmunity have to drive by & thru every day and look at the thug, crackheads & hookers that are simply pouring in & out of the gates everyday....I personally am scared for my life having to live down the street from such a nasty place, especially with the police not having any idea who killed the latest young lady there.
I still know some employees there who are nice, but dont have an option to work any where else at this time and some residents who jsut deal with the madness, but it truly makes me question some ones integrity & the type of person you are to continue on living at such a place as The Lakeshore....I pray they would tear the whole place down & turn it in to condos.

The problem with a neighborhood watch at Lakeshore is that the problem is inside the gates not outside. What a great community, one in which you can not trust your neighbor!

It sounds as if the user that responded on 3/26/08 hasn't worked at Lakeshore (maybe a little bitter about being fired) or lived at Lakeshore for a long time AND they clearly stated above that this person works at a property nearby hmm... could this be an advertising ploy for their own good of their company...SHAME ON YOU TO PUT DOWN YOUR COMPETITION! Your accusations are completely false and Lakeshore is a great place to live.
