We've only been here two months and we are putting our 30 day notice in tomorrow!!! We don't feel safe and have already been violated. A girl was killed 3 days after we moved in, in February. They claim they have suspects, but it was on the news again last week saying they didn't have suspects. We have drug dealers that stay below us and a drug bust THIS WEEKEND! They didn't arrest all the drug dealers because they still have traffic this weekend. I bought a bike last weekend and stored in the storage area downstairs, LOCKED, AND IT'S GONE ALREADY!!! I'm sure they will be back for something else. The lock is still on the gate where the bike was, we personally think it was maintenance. Whatever the case is, we don't want to be here anymore and are breaking our lease. I put a request in the day we moved in for our buzzer and no one has been out to fix it yet. TWO MONTHS...WE'RE DONE!

Police say Lindsay Anne Graygo was beaten and likely sexually assaulted before her killer wrapped something around her neck and strangled her inside her Ypsilanti Township apartment.
Her partially clothed body was found Tuesday evening in a partially filled bathtub when deputies entered her residence at Lake Shore Apartments to check on her.

An autopsy found some evidence of sexual assault, although the results of a rape kit will take time to be analyzed, Washtenaw County Sheriff Daniel Minzey said.
Detectives are now interviewing Graygo's friends, relatives and acquaintances as they piece together her last hours in the hopes of finding her killer, Minzey said.
"We have some digging to do, and we're hoping the interviews will develop some leads," Minzey said.
Police initially said Graygo's body was on the bathroom floor, but that information was not correct, Minzey said.
Graygo, 29, moved to Michigan last year from Pennsylvania and was living by herself.
A co-worker called police to check on her Tuesday evening after she failed to show up for work that day at Splash Universe in Dundee, where she was the guest services manager.
The autopsy showed that Graygo died within 24 hours of the discovery of her body, but detectives say they hope to narrow that timeline by finding out when she was last seen or heard from, Minzey said.
The medical examiner ruled her death a homicide by strangulation.
Minzey said the autopsy showed "tremendous trauma to the body," which would indicate she was repeatedly struck. But her apartment did not show signs of a struggle, Minzey said.
Because there was no evidence of a break-in, detectives say Graygo may have been killed by someone who knew her, Sheriff's Cmdr. Dave Egeler said in a press release.
The medical examiner told police it appeared an object that can be tied or bound was used to strangle Graygo, Minzey said.
Police collected several items from her apartment but have not yet determined whether any of those items were used to kill her, he said.
The apartment was locked when deputies arrived, and neighbors didn't report hearing anything unusual, Minzey said.
Thus far, police have not found evidence that anything was taken from the apartment.
Relatives and friends told police Graygo was single, Minzey said.
Minzey said police are alerting residents of the slaying at the apartment complex off Grove Road and urging them to take precautions. He said extra patrols also are planned.
"We need to follow up with the community and make sure everyone is aware of what happened," Minzey said.
Anyone with information is asked to call the sheriff's tip line at 734-973-7711.

RIP!!!
We moved to Providence at Harbour Club and we feel much safer. It still has some problems but it is a 100% improvement over that place. We also now pay the same for a 2br 2 ba that we paid for a 1br 1ba over there. It feels much safer, the neighbors are better.... I don't know what to say except I wish we would have moved here first. With that said if you want a really nice apartment you are going to have to look in Canton or Ann Arbor, but they are spendy! I think we have found the best apartments in the area for the money, but I know that there are nice communities in Canton and Ann Arbor. Good luck, and I wish everyone that is trying to get out the best of luck. You'll be amazed how much better your life is once you are out! And if your thinking of moving in... DON'T!
