I have lived here a year now and DEFINATELY would not recommend! My neighbor's apartment has been broken into twice and his car once. The management did NOTHING about it. A girl was even murdered in this complex! Price of apartments are going up and are not worth the price. Definately not a safe environment!

Seems really fake. Call the police there are no break ins. Sounds like a competitor is a little jealous because this property is cleaned up and has so much to do!

I am definately not a competitor, I live in the complex. My neightbor notified the police all three times, and the third time, they stated there were multiple apartments that got broken into! You don't have to believe me but once you get broken into, remember that I warned you! But don't get me wrong, the management has put a lot of work into fixing up the area, but that doesn't prevent the crime that is in here!

I go to Neighborhood watch every month...do you?? I do not think so because they read the stats and there has not been break ins like you speak of. As for the murderer, Pinnacle rented to him over a year ago and the police said on the news no prior record. It is sad that people snap, but leasing does not administer personality tests! Keep it up guys... you are doing a great job!

Ummm...From what I've been reading on here, it seems as though the quality of living at Lakeshore Apartments could be determined by what building a person lives in. It seems like the Towers might not be such a great place to be, but on the other hand, the lake view units seemed nice when I looked at them - and judging from the opinions of people here, seem pretty nice. I took a tour of the lake view units, and saw none of the negative things that people are talking about on here. The ONLY negative thing that I noticed (and it's not even something to worth worrying about) is that a few of the staff members might benefit from an etiquette course. I may sound arrogant and pompous, but maybe you get what you pay for at the Lakeshore Apartments.
