Not only was a girl murdered here, but the security doesn't even bother to check people who walk right on in to the complex.
There is never any parking because people forever have a ton of people over and take all the parking. When security is called to enforcing THEIR towing policy, I was told there was nothing they can do about it. Which leaves us to park in the sheltered parking which could result in ticketing.
They have now decided to tack on water, gas, sewage and trash to your rent (instead of outsourcing)so you will never know how much you really owe on rent until right before you have to pay it.
On top of all that, the walls are thin, shotty paint jobs, tiny kitchens, rude leasing office...
I will give them that the grounds do look a lot better. Now if they only cared about the tenants as much as they do the grass and trees, we might be a tad happier.

I think the securiy does a good job. The office told me that security could not tow vehicles, they do that. Walkers are a problem but I do see them shoo them away, even questioned me when I walked in and I live there.

you may want to check with the office. my wife and i get our bill 20days before its due. it looks like a card and breaks it down. did you notice it is cheaper! oh i think they care about us bc the bills are cheaper and we go to free classes at the clubhouse. kat is also always giving us free food and boat rides!
