I have been looking to move the heck out of here and stumbled upon this site while searching for other apts. I have to laugh at some of these entries. Lots of gossip it seems. Hate to say it, but it is VERY fitting for this place. The staff (especially office staff) are VERY RUDE and the Prop Mgr is a you know what. She is so unprofessional that I cannot believe she still has a job here. I have literally heard her talk about other residents AND staff. Doesn't her boss know about this'' Plus I have heard many things about the staff here that would probably get most of them FIRED. Maintenance guys drinking on the job, holing up in apts. instead of working! What is that all about'
The past couple of weeks i have noticed the grounds look like crap!

hey, i had nothing to do with you getting fired. I have not talked to anyone in regards to you getting a position at another place. I am not like that. There is no hard feelings and you should not take this personal against me. I think you were a good maint. person and I appreciated the work you did, plus I thought you and I got along. Why would I bash you to a potential job? I want you to suceed in life, this just wasn't the place.

Maintenance drinking is true- a man came to look at the air conditioning and we happened to have came back from the beach so we had a cooler full of beer in the kitchen. After looking at the air and informing me he was switching departments, but would "make sure someone would be here tomorrow at 8 am to fix, or I'll just come and do it myself personally," he asked if he could take a beer. It was very awkward and unprofessional, not to mention he was slurring his words as it was while he was making promises about fixing the air [it took two more weeks for someone to come and fix it]. Not only that, but while I had been calling to report multiple maintenance issues with my apartment shortly after moving in, a friend of mine who also lives here, went into the office to pay rent, and said he saw 4 or 5 maintanence guys just sitting around. One of the leasing agents even joked with them saying something along the lines of, "oh you guys really work hard, don't you?" while my apartment sat, with multiple issues, for over three weeks. I am not saying the maintanence people are not nice, when they do come to fix our apartment they are always very polite, respectful, and apologetic for the delay. So maybe it is more of a communication issue in informing the maintenance staff of the problems?
