I lived there for over two years and it got a little better, then all of a sudden it went to worse again!!!!!!

I had a one bedroom one bath and it was pretty small, and there was only two of us living there. These apartments are infested with HUGE spiders and there seems to be alot of bees during the spring and summer. The last maintnence supervisor was actually really good, I talked to him personally and he helped me with all my problems in my unit whenever something happened. If he couldnt do it he made sure someone did and I heard the same thing from my neighbor. I heard like two weeks ago he got fired, which was a big mistake. Now they have someone else who sucks at their job!! The grounds were also very nice until they let him go too. They had like 5 grounds guys. All of them were very nice and i watched them everyday while I was having a morning smoke. But I heard most of them got fired too. This place cant keep any good help around!!! The people in the office suck ecspecially the property manager, she is a real you kno what. Also this fat maintnence guy seems to do nothing but drive in his green truck. To be honest there is alot more affordabole nicer places to live. You cant raise kids here, you cant even live here with your girlfriend or boyfriend without being horassed by all the ignorant people. DONT LIVE HERE, DONT LIVE HERE, DONT LIVE HERE!!!!

nice one tim....the insults are nice and grade school. This is a website for legitimate renters not ex staff. please find something better to do. You should not call people fat...you are rude

Why is it that most "people" who write on this site don't tell or know the WHOLE truth? Please understand that the "good guy" that you are speaking of wasn't good to or for everyone (and what made him good to you-when all he did was drive the truck or 4-wheeler and move snow!). I've heard him talk to people like trash and treat them even worst and many of the "good guys/girls" left because of it. Also, if the new guy is so bad why is moral SO much better with the team? I've seen everyone pick up the grounds (and most are youth-they didn't get fired they went to school which is what anyone would expect! And when you live off of a body of water you are going to have spiders/bugs. After two years why did you stay when you had/have a choice? Also, people don't get fired...they fire themselves (I've had it happen to me-so I know!) Management keeps and works with a lot of folks from residents to staff as long as they keep their word, don't steal and do their jobs! Please understand that when you have a team as large as this complex with this many apartments management gets paid to manage. The one thing that you are right about is the choice issue.... You do have one don't ruin it for everyone else. I love my apartment, I like having the lake to look and things to do. Management also has been good to me and my kids. I have fell on hard time and they work with me so I don't loose my home. This has been better than any place I've lived at and it works for me. I LIVE HERE!!!! I LOVE IT......
