First impressions are everything to me. I rented recently and was treated very kindly upon my first visit.I was extremely impressed with the professional level. I love love LOVE my new apartment. It's big...I have a washer and dryer, a beautiful lakeview and I must say an all around clean feeling. I live near the clubhouse and it's very convenient when activities are going on I just walk over. The staff is friendly and have been here 3 months so far and everything is GREAT!

Believe it or not, some of the actual residents dig living there. I've been there about 2 years now and I still dig it. The staff always remembers who I am and they work with you on a lot of stuff, especially if you run into a small snafu and end up being late on rent. Not to mention the fact that maintenance is usually really quick for me. Then again, maybe I'm just lucky because I'm in the tower. Regardless, I'm not staff and I still like it, so get over yourself.
