I have just renewed my lease here, due to the fact I really like it here. The lake is beautiful whether it be winter or summer, spring it is toooo awesome! The staff is very efficent, and made me feel at home. You see I moved here from Lansing, didn't know anyone down here, but due to the many activities, I've made new friends and new aquaintances. Everyone who comes down to visit loves my new surroundings, and I brag about them all the time.

Granted, the lake is lovely, but when I lived there, there were a lot of problems. Tenants would fight and drive crazy, and there were problems with people selling drugs. How long have you lived there? What about the murder a couple of years ago? Did you know about it? If you feel safe there, then it must have changed quite a bit in the 3 years since I left. I suggest you find out about the place in more detail.

I have worked and also lived here for about a year now. I just got a dog and I have no problem ever taking him out at late hours. I am a 22 year old female and for me not to feel unsafe being outside on my own defanlty says that alot of change has happend in 3 years.
