I've worked and lived at both the Lakeshore and Hunters West, what reason do you have to leave Westland to go to Ypsilanti? Just curious, I loved the Lakeshore, I have opinions about both properties, what style apartment are you looking at at the lakeshore, what style do you live in at Hunters West?

we have not had any issues with insects or rodents...and the little things that did bother us were quickly repaired by our maintence deptartment....We simply had to call in with our concern...I still feel lso the recently opened a disc golf course.

Yes I have had VERY VERY big spiders in our apartment. I mean like the size of your palm big. Not daddy long legs either. We live on the bottom floor, not far from the water. We have also had flooding, once, and maintenance was over VERY quickly to figure out where it was coming from. I guess it was a foundation flood....they came over and replaced the pad and had a fan drying the carpet for a couple days. Other than that, things have went pretty well. I like my neighbors, and really enjoy my apartment.
