I have lived at Lakeshore for about a year. I have never had any issues that were not handled in a appropriate timely manner. For example I was having a issue with my garbage disposal and maintenance was here in less then 24 hours to replace it. As for the Spiders mentioned, I have a couple on my balcony but we are right by a LAKE! None in the apartment though! When it comes to the managers I have never met people so friendly. Sam is always great when I come in to pick up packages or pay my rent. Jen always helps when I have a issue that needs to be dealt with. Dawn is the one that rented my apartment to me and I am so glad she helped me find the one that I did. Cat is great with keeping things in order! Overall I would recommend living here! Lakeshore used to get a bad rap but since a new management has taken over there is really no issues at all. When it comes to people leaving bad reviews just remember if you don't pay your rent or take care of your stuff of course you will not like where you live! I would recommend getting a car port too! It's WONDERFUL!

Thank you for your review. I will be moving sometime in the near future and the positive reviews make me feel at ease with my decision to move there. I take the negative results with a grain of salt because I am wise enough to know that everything is not perfect and people who complain about every little things is a person who need to get a life and have a little patience and things will usually work itself out.
