The staffs of the Pines have no idea how to run an effective community. Their maintenance crew cannot fix anything on their first try. We have used their maintenance promise many times (they?ll fix it with in 36 hrs or you get rent off. This is in very fine print if you even ever see it.) The Pines office staff is very rude and very hard to get a hold of someone that you talked to on previous conversations. The rates fluctuate so much the people that live right above us pay almost $250/month less than us and they moved in shortly after we did. We had people yell at us about having our child in the pool with us. The parking is wonderful if you don?t mind playing frogger in the parking lot. People drive like maniacs through the lot. The sidewalks are nice if they are available. I would never rent again from this apartment complex.
