The only bad thing we encountered was the fact that the tenants have to pay water, sewer, and trash which the bills got to be outrageous.
Some months up to $50.00 per month.
On top of that we also have to pay the utilities and heat! And the Staff SUCKS!!! After reading these reviews I guess I got lucky in the section I live in.
We have great neighbors!! Although I do agree about the car problem, always too many cars out there.
Some broken down and never moved!
