I actually found the apartments amazingly quiet, but that was something Ia sked about when renting and maybe I got lucky to get a unit in a quieter area. I never heard my neighbors through the walls.

I loved the lady I leased from but she quit soon after. Afterwards, I found the staff friendly but not too bright. I lived there under a year and got THREE late notices for rent, even though I had paid my rent on time, each time! Also, going month-to-month seemed to confuse them.

I did get prompt attention for maintenance requests.

The rent is quite reasonable, but by the time you add on water, sewer, heat and electricity, it's not quite such a deal.
