Some parts better than others I guess

I've enjoyed my time here at The Pines-I'm getting what I've paid for. For most of my time I've had no problems with my neighbors but there have been a lot of new people in my building, so it's been noisier. Usually one confrontation is all it takes. Ask if there is a dog living above you-the floors are a little thin and the 50 lb dog that was above me was rather loud.
Maintenance has been decent, but I agree with another reviewer about the screens-they suck and there's no fix. Any requests I made for move-in repairs were addressed within a few days. Most other repairs within 48 hours.
Be careful when leasing-I wanted to move in around the middle of the month but the first agent I worked with tried to milk me of another 2 weeks of rent by trying to make me move in on the 1st. All the community equipment seems well-kept but there's a lot of people and just one pool. You do the math.
I live alone and the un-included water trash sewer is abotu $20 a month-steady.
I've lived a lot of places and here are real pluses: NO BUGS and NO ANIMALS. I've always felt safe.
