I have lived here for a year and my boyfriend lived here for 2 years before I moved in with him.
I am dissapointed with the maintenance and the office workers because they are really lazy. the office staff are rude and are always losing things. I turned in my sheet to show the things that were wrong 3 times before they realized they had the first one misplaced. I recieved a letter saying my rent was late(which it wasn't). SO I stopped by the office to find out why I recieved the letter because it had already been taken out of my bank account. THey looked at me like I was stupid and said my rent was not late and they never sent any letter even though I pulled it out and showed them. I got another false letter two months later and I felt stupid questioning it but I couldn't risk the mixup resulting in my evictyion or something. They never apologized and were just plain rude.
My garbage disposal has been broken since I moved in and my dishwasher has been replaced but the guy who came to fix it didn't know what he was doing because neither one of them work after a year. I think the illusion of being a great place is what gets people but I hate the type of people that are moving in. Many of them are loud and not friendly at all. I hate paying the high prices for the gas but that is just one of their policies.
The worst thing is there are bugs in my apartment and despite my 4 times of bombing the unit I still find little bugs. I spoke with about 7 nieghbors and they are having the same problem even though some of them are in different buildings. Parking sucks. I hate parking too far from my building in the winter or bad weather conditions just because my neighbors are home before me or have friends over.
I don't like it here and I am tired of those darn geese. I wouldn't advice moving here.
