I love this website, it gives you a big heads up. However you do have to watch out for upset residents who are mad and just write on here b/c their upset they had to pay a late fee or something dumb like that.

I have a one bedroom here and my really is really cheap. The apartment is not the newest but i knew it wouldnt be for the price. Its helping me save money, and thats what i wanted.

I do have a few things break every now and then in my home, like the dish washer but it was fixed in like 2 days.

Over all, im happy here. I love saving money! I hope it goes like this the rest of my lease!
