Good price, and close to campus

When I moved here is was because it was a great price. I teach at the University, and was worried about there being a lot of college students, but it is a lot of real nice people.
The leasing consultant was really nice, and she made it really easy for me to move from out of state. I have some of the nicest neighbors. I'm sure that there are things that go on that I am unaware of, but that happens wherever you live.
Maintenence has always taken care of the minor issues the same day they have been called in. Usually you get what you pay for, but in my case, I have more.
