I haven't even moved to The pines and I won't! We went in to the Pines and filled out our applications back in April and told the leasing consultant all our information includeing the fact we had a puppy and what type of apartment we wanted. Well she called our employers and and everything real quick. Then all of a sudden its like she forgot everything it took her 3 weeks to tell us we were approved and that we needed a cosigner. When she called to tell us we were approved she forgot what floorplan we wanted and how much she told us our monthly rent would be!!! Well we made an appointment to do the cosigning and the girl didn't even show up. Ok so stuff happens but thats what they invented phones for!!! Well we made another appointment and of course she wasn't there again but someone else was and we did all the cosigning and the girl said she would call with and address well she didn't call and we were haveing problems with our dog and cosidering getting rid of him so we called the pines to see how much cheaper our move in fee would be with out the dog that girl didn't even enter that in to it after I called her and told her I got the note from my vet saying he would be under 65 pounds!!! O yeah and when we called about the dog she asked us what floor plan we wanted again. Well its May 23rd now and they still haven't called with our address and we are suppose to move in next week. So we are not moveing here these people are unorganized and don't know what they are doing. We are moveing to Riveroaks in Saline they got all our paper work together and provided us with an address in one week. So I am warning you DON'T MOVE HERE!!! Don't waste 150 dollars like we did dealing with these dumb people.
