A friend told me about this site before I rented at the Pines and I was not sure what to think but I liked their ads online. I went in to visit and rented that day. I was shocked at how friendly the staff is (b/c most places aren't this nice). I moved in over a month ago and I am really happy. Honestly, the ammenities are key and so are the updates. I love my apartment but the selling point was the office staff. I still go in just to say hello and they are just as friendly (if not more so) as when I first arrived. I had a bad experience before I moved here with rude office staff, so to me it means a lot that they are on the ball and nice. That's just me though.
