I like it here, no complaints. I had one minor issue in my place and it was fixed right away. So, maintenance has been good but I have limited experience with them. I like the pool and workout room... I don't use other things they have. I down sized from a home and this place made me feel most comfortable (as comfortable as I can in a rented place). It is thumbs up for me.
