When I first moved in, almost 2 years ago, the place was very quiet. A new managment company took over a couple months later and while they have done a lot to fix up the grounds, it seems they have decided to allow anyone to live here. Our door bell has been rung at 3 am multiple times. A drunk kid tried to break into our apartment one night, turns out he was from a party our neighbors were having. Our neighbors upstairs wake us up all hours of the night. The mainentance is horrible. We have had them out to fix issues on several occasions but they never truly fix the problem. Office staff are friendly for the most part but there are a few that can be down right rude. All in all I would suggest looking elsewhere.
