The Pines

 

I lived at The Pines for a year, and it was a nightmare! The garden level apartment I lived in leaked water so bad that the wall caved in and I had five inches of mold growing up the walls.

After one month and numerous complaints, not to mention the ruin of furniture and tons of shoes, I had to call the township building inspector just to get them to look at the problem.

They offered me a month's free rent, since they legaly should not have charged me for the month I lived in the filth and a different apartment that was the same lay out, but not renovated like the one I originally signed on.

At the end of my lease they took a bunch of illegal charges out of the exra rent I was supposed to have been prorated back, and never even returned my security deposit.

I won a small claims suit against them three months ago, and still haven't seen a dime.

As a matter of fact they recently sent me something saying they forgot to charge me for something nine months ago and would like the money or they were going to send it to a collections agency!! Can you beleive the nerve?!
