I am curious as to what the previous resident had to do to get all the personal attention. I have never gotten a personal call after service was finished in my apartment. I usually get service taken care of in 3 or 4 days. The parking is really bad where I am at, and my carport is always taken when I get home from work, and by that time, there isn't anyone in the office to take care of it. The new clubhouse is nice, but it is not very well lit at night, and I don't think the property is that safe, that I would walk around at night. There are just typical things, that no matter how nice they make it, it will have issues. Being right on the freeway does not seem like an advantage. This is where the criminals come and head to the chop shop after leaving. I have lived here for two years, and it isn't bad, but looking at what other people have written, they make it look like Heaven on Earth, and it is far from. I just wonder if they are pursuading people to make comments, and if maybe they are in violation of Fair Housing, if they aren't calling everyone after service requests. Just know what you are getting into.

I am in this industry myself and have recently moved to the pines, and it really pisses me off that people complain about everything. We are all responsible for our own safety. In regards to Fair Housing, I have not seen or heard anyone else state that they are not receiving the same attention. I cannot imagine any staff members asking residents to leave comments on this website. The property is an amazing class A property, with tons of things to do. I am not ruling out the fact that my car can be stolen, or my apartment broken into, but quite frankly crime has no address, it can happen anywhere. This is not a druglord stomping ground by any means.

^^^^^^ So we're discounting the drug dens that the management admitted were being run in the units?
